Charbel founded El-Khoury Cleaning with a vision to create a service built on trust, detail and exceptional standards.
Drawing on his background in housekeeping, professional cleaning training and hands-on industry experience, Charbel has developed a refined approach to residential, commercial, end-of-lease and high-detail cleaning.
He remains closely involved in the business, overseeing service quality, client care and the continued development of the El-Khoury Standard, not to mention, the occasional cleaning.
Sarah Hurwitz
General Manager / Client Liaison Officer
Focused, approachable and results-driven, Sarah manages client liaison and supports the smooth coordination of daily operations.
She is passionate about building strong client relationships and helping connect each client with the right service solution. Combining clarity, care and practical experience, Sarah plays an important role in ensuring every client feels supported from enquiry through to service delivery.
Mary-Lee Santos
Team Lead
With over 10 years of professional cleaning experience, including within high-class hotel environments, Mary-Lee brings a refined understanding of presentation, organisation and service standards to El-Khoury Cleaning.
As Team Lead, she supports day-to-day cleaning operations, guides new team members and helps uphold the consistency and attention to detail expected across every service.
