Fifth Birthday Residential Services Promotional Offer
20% off selected residential cleaning services. Applies to Maintenance, Deep, End-of-Lease, Post-Construction and New Build Cleans, including eligible add-ons. Excludes Commercial Cleaning and Boutique Housekeeping. Maximum five redemptions per customer. The promotional discount replaces the standard recurring-service discount and cannot be combined with other offers. Ends 11:59 pm AEST, 30 September 2026.
1. Promoter
This promotion is offered by El-Khoury Cleaning (“El-Khoury Cleaning”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
2. Promotional offer
Eligible customers will receive a 20% discount on the total price of qualifying residential cleaning services, including eligible add-on services, subject to these Terms and Conditions.
The discount is calculated against the ordinary service price applicable to the relevant booking before the promotional discount is applied.
3. Promotional period
The promotion commenced on 11:59 pm Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) on June 30, 2026, and closes at 11:59 pm Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) on 30 September 2026.
Bookings submitted or paid after the closing time will not qualify unless El-Khoury Cleaning expressly agrees otherwise in writing.
4. Eligible services
The promotion applies only to the following services:
one-off Maintenance Cleans;
recurring Maintenance Cleans;
Deep Cleans;
End-of-Lease Cleans;
Post-Construction Cleans; and
New Build Cleans.
Eligible add-ons purchased as part of a qualifying booking will also receive the 20% discount.
5. Excluded services
The promotion does not apply to:
Commercial Cleaning;
Boutique Housekeeping;
consultation fees, where applicable;
cancellation or rescheduling fees;
parking, tolls or other third-party expenses separately charged to the customer; or
any service not expressly identified as eligible under clause 4.
The promotion must therefore be advertised as applying to selected residential cleaning services, rather than all residential services.
6. Existing bookings
Existing bookings for eligible services qualify for the promotion, provided the booking has not already been completed before the promotion commenced.
Where an eligible existing booking has already been paid in full, the 20% discount will be provided by refund to the original payment method.
Any refund may take the processing period imposed by the relevant payment provider to appear in the customer’s account.
7. Payment and confirmation
Full payment is required to confirm most eligible residential services in accordance with El-Khoury Cleaning’s ordinary payment and booking terms.
A booking is not confirmed until:
the booking has been accepted by El-Khoury Cleaning; and
the required payment has been received.
Submitting a booking request does not guarantee availability or acceptance.
8. Maximum of five redemptions
The promotion may be redeemed a maximum of five times per customer.
Each separately paid and completed service appointment constitutes one redemption.
The five-redemption limit applies collectively across all properties, addresses and customer profiles associated with the same customer. A customer cannot obtain additional redemptions by:
using another address;
creating a separate booking profile;
using another email address or telephone number; or
arranging for substantially the same bookings to be made in another person’s name.
For the purpose of administering the limit, El-Khoury Cleaning may reasonably consider the customer’s name, contact information, payment information, booking records and associated service addresses.
9. Recurring Maintenance Cleans
Recurring Maintenance Cleans ordinarily attracting a 10% recurring-service discount will receive the 20% promotional discount only during the eligible promotional redemptions.
The promotional discount replaces the ordinary 10% recurring discount. The discounts are not cumulative and cannot be applied as:
20% plus an additional 10%;
10% followed by a further 20%; or
any other combined or compounded discount.
Once the customer has used all five promotional redemptions, or the promotion otherwise ceases to apply, the ordinary recurring-service discount may resume in accordance with the applicable service terms.
10. Completion of promotional services
To qualify, the booking and required payment must be completed before the promotion closes.
The service itself may be performed after 30 September 2026, subject to:
appointment availability;
the booking remaining confirmed;
compliance with these Terms and Conditions; and
completion by no later than December 31st, 2026.
Setting a final completion date is strongly recommended so promotional bookings cannot be postponed indefinitely.
11. Rescheduling and cancellations
Promotional bookings remain subject to El-Khoury Cleaning’s standard cancellation and rescheduling terms.
Where an eligible appointment is rescheduled, the promotional discount will remain valid only where:
the rescheduling request complies with the applicable policy;
El-Khoury Cleaning approves the revised appointment;
the booking remains fully paid; and
the service is completed by any applicable final completion date.
A cancelled, refunded or uncompleted appointment will not count as a completed redemption. However, any cancellation or rescheduling charge may still apply under the standard booking terms and will not receive the promotional discount.
12. Changes to the scope of service
Where the customer changes the property details, requested tasks, add-ons or scope of work after booking, the final price may be recalculated.
The 20% discount will apply to eligible services and eligible add-ons included in the revised booking. Any excluded fees or third-party expenses will remain payable at their full amount.
13. Availability and suitability
All services remain subject to:
staff availability;
the property being within El-Khoury Cleaning’s service area;
accurate information being supplied by the customer;
safe and reasonable access to the property;
the property and requested work being suitable for the selected service; and
acceptance of the booking by El-Khoury Cleaning.
El-Khoury Cleaning may recommend a different service or revise the estimated duration and price where the property’s condition or requirements differ materially from the information supplied at booking.
14. No cash alternative or transfer
The promotion:
is not redeemable for cash;
cannot be exchanged for a cash payment;
cannot be sold or transferred to another customer; and
cannot be applied retrospectively to an ineligible or already completed service.
15. Other discounts and promotions
Unless expressly stated otherwise, the promotion cannot be combined with:
another promotional offer;
a promotional code;
a referral discount;
a loyalty discount;
the ordinary recurring-service discount; or
any other price reduction.
Where more than one discount could otherwise apply, the customer will receive the single applicable discount providing the greatest reduction, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
16. Misuse of the promotion
El-Khoury Cleaning may refuse, cancel or reverse a promotional discount where it reasonably believes that:
false or misleading information has been supplied;
duplicate customer profiles have been created;
the redemption limit has been deliberately circumvented;
a booking has been made for resale or commercial exploitation; or
the promotion has otherwise been used contrary to these Terms and Conditions.
This clause does not permit El-Khoury Cleaning to remove a discount arbitrarily after an eligible booking has been accepted and paid.
17. Errors and corrections
Where a genuine administrative, technical or pricing error occurs, El-Khoury Cleaning will contact the affected customer and provide an appropriate correction or remedy consistent with the Australian Consumer Law.
El-Khoury Cleaning will not rely on this clause to avoid honouring an accurately advertised and validly redeemed offer.
18. Changes or withdrawal
El-Khoury Cleaning may amend, suspend or withdraw the promotion where reasonably necessary because of fraud, technical failure, legal requirements or circumstances outside its reasonable control.
Any amendment or withdrawal will not affect an eligible booking already accepted and paid for before the amendment or withdrawal, except where required by law or agreed with the customer.
19. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), including the Australian Consumer Law.
The Australian Consumer Law prohibits misleading or deceptive conduct and false or misleading representations concerning the price, value or benefit of a discount.
20. Governing law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. The parties submit to the jurisdiction of the courts and tribunals of New South Wales and any courts entitled to hear appeals from them.
